Gaby Miley, a visionary leader in the beauty industry, had a bold vision when she set out to create XanderLyn, a salon that would revolutionize the hairstylist-client relationship. With a deep belief in the freedom for hairstylists to choose their own working days, including Sundays and Mondays, and the flexibility to serve clients at their preferred times, Gaby aimed to provide an unparalleled experience for her devoted clientele.

As a highly respected Redken Global Educator and former Keune International Educator, Gaby's peers recognized her exceptional talent and knew she was onto something extraordinary. With her unwavering commitment to her ideology and her passion for the industry, combined with her extensive expertise, Gaby was destined to make a profound impact in the beauty world.

XanderLyn began as a humble five-chair salon nestled in the vibrant heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Gaby's vision came to life as she created a chic and inviting environment, attracting an exclusive team of beauty influencers. The demand for XanderLyn's exceptional services grew rapidly, prompting a move to a larger location in May of 2020. Now boasting 12 hair stations and a full-service beauty treatment room, XanderLyn was able to meet the increasing requests of their discerning clientele.

The name XanderLyn holds a special significance to Gaby as it is derived from the names of her beloved children, Alexander and Madeline. This name serves as a testament to Gaby's unwavering commitment to fostering a family-like atmosphere at XanderLyn, where every client and team member is treated with the utmost care and respect.
